You've got to admire the irony of this report - police in the southern China discovered a factory that was making "Free Tibet" flags for export. Admittedly the manufacturers didn't know that the flags they were making were considered dissident materials, but I'd love to have seen the face of the gaffer when he saw a news report showing those flags being used for protests.
